ED Violence Prevention: Please urge your legislator to support the "The Workplace Violence Prevention Act for Health Care and Social Service Workers" (H.R. 1195). This legislation will be on the House floor for a vote next week, so your immediate action is needed.

Emergency Physician Poll: ACEP has put together a poll to gather more information about the experiences emergency physicians and their hospitals are having implementing the new data sharing requirements mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act.  Help shape our advocacy messages to federal regulators around the issue of data sharing requirements for clinicians when using electronic health records (EHRs) by taking the poll.
