Our 2020 Annual Report

Our members were challenged in 2020 in ways never seen in the modern history of emergency medicine, yet they thrived not only on the frontline of COVID-19, but the frontlines of advocacy: in Virginia’s confrontation of a global pandemic, in the reimbursement fight, and for the protection of our members and the patients we are honored to serve.

Our 2020 Annual Report offers a high-level overview of the year that was, from our White Coats on Call in January (before anyone was aware of what was to come) and through the pandemic. For VACEP, 2020 was our busiest, most challenging, and arguably most successful year in our 50-year history.
