Bridging the Gap: Connecting the FBI and Medical Community

Join officials from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Virginia College of Emergency Physicians as they discuss how physicians, first responders, nurses and other providers can support the FBI’s top priority: Saving lives.

In this one-hour, live-only event, attendees will meet Jessica Young, a Management and Program Analyst with the FBI Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate, who will provide an overview of the directorate’s operations. You’ll learn all about the latest Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) threats, and better understand how medical providers working under patient privacy concerns and other challenges can support the FBI’s mission.
